As many in the trail community know, land managers across the board lack the funding necessary to build and maintain the trails to meet the demands of people who seek outdoor recreation and mountain biking in Metro Atlanta. That’s where we come in. We are the volunteers on a mission to increase access for cycling and outdoor recreation in Metro Atlanta.

With close to 40 miles of trail built and maintained by MTB Atlanta, and with over 100 miles of new trail in development, we are one of the most active trail organizations in the Country. Not to mention we are working on new Bike Park and public pump track projects in the city and across the Metro as well. When you join or renew your membership to MTB Atlanta, you contribute to this effort.

Our “Ride 20 Initiative, ” an endeavor to build a bike trail or bike park within a 20 minute drive of every Metro Atlanta resident, has born fruit, bringing new trails to Sykes Park in East Point, Brown’s Mill Park in Coweta County, the Double Bridges Bike Trail in Newnan, Southside Park in Atlanta and South Rockdale park in Rockdale County. We couldn’t have achieved any of this momentum without our members. It’s a simple equation: more members = more new trail and bike park facilities.

Trail and bike park access, construction, and maintenance are our core mission but we also have fun. Our weekly group rides, races, social events, clinics and educational opportunities help build a more inclusive bike community here in Atlanta and the Metro. When you join or renew you support this programming.

So hop on this opportunity to win big today. Contribute to the sport you love and help your cycling community by joining or renewing with MTB Atlanta today and we’ll see you out on the trails!
