Come shred those Monday blues away with a fun social ride at Sope Creek! We chase smiles one mile at a time…all skill levels welcome so bring a friend! 😊
We will meet at the Interstate North Parking lot at 6:00 pm at the gated entrance near the restrooms. Ready to roll at 6:30pm sharp.
We will do the 8 mile loop from Cochran Shoals to Sope Creek. Depending on how everyone feels, we may do an extra bottom or top loop or split into two groups. This is a No Drop ride. This ride is weather dependent and we will post here if it is canceled. Always check the trail status on all our trails before you ride at www.mtbbatlanta.com.
Please Bring a helmet and bar mounted light just in case you are still on the trail after dark. Sundown is at 8:30 and daylight is getting shorter everyday.
Stop by Earl’s Bike Shop to get your ride tuned up and pick up some gear!
Rad bikes and good vibes!
All riders should be in good physical cardio health and have hydration, extra tire tubes, repair kits, chain quick links, tools, lights, medical insurance card & drivers license.
FYI: Parking fee is $5 if you don’t have a Chattahoochee Natl. Recreation Area parking pass ($40 yearly). Pay at fee station in lot or on the website. If you want to park somewhere close by for free and bike over, we can give you some ideas.
The fee you pay when parking at Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area makes a difference! Under the Federal Recreation Lands Enhancement Act, national parks keep 80% of all fees collected and use that money to fund critical projects that improve services and protect resources.
