We work directly with land managers in the Metro Atlanta area to create and maintain trails and trail systems for mountain bikers (and everyone else) to enjoy.

Through advocacy, education, and recreational opportunities, MTB Atlanta promotes land access, trail preservation, and new trail development in order to enhance mountain bike riding, racing, fun, and fellowship for all mountain bikers in the Southeastern United States.

Action Alert: Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area invites public input on Preliminary Trails Management Plan through April 15th

In 2018 the Chattahoocheee River National Recreation Area hired outside consultants to assess every mile of trail in all units of the CRNRA. MTB Atlanta was heavily engaged in the initial stakeholder and public input during the assessment process.
